SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have scheduled a service with SWFL Complete Marine & RV Detailing through our website at https://www.swflcomplete.com/, our online quote forms, or our scheduling forms, and have expressly opted in to receive SMS notifications.
Opt-in is collected through our website forms using a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, rescheduling notifications, quote follow-ups, and customer support communications related to our boat detailing, RV detailing, auto detailing, and ceramic coating services.
Cancellation Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to the same number that sent you the messages. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscribe request. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you wish to receive SMS messages again in the future, simply submit a new request through our website or scheduling forms and opt in as you did originally.
